Inquiry: Thang Long Joint Operating Company (“TLJOC”) hereby extends its invitation to all potential bidders to submit a quotation for the subject goods/services in respect of TLJOC’s Operation, Block 15-2/01 offshore Vietnam..

Interested bidders are required to express their interest and intention to bid by submitting its Company profile, tender coordinator contact to the email thanglong@tljoc.com.vn with an email subject: “Register to participate in the Tender PROVISION OF EDUCATIONAL EQUIPMENT FOR KHANG NINH PRE-SCHOOL AS PART OF TLJOC CHARITY PROGRAM 2025” not later than 14:00 on the 02 October 2025 (Bidder Registration Date). TLJOC shall in no way be responsible or liable for non-timely receipt of registration email(s) or for email(s) not received at all. TLJOC reserves the sole right to reject and disqualify any BIDDER who does not meet TLJOC’s requirements based on their capacity, capability and experience in providing the subject goods/services and other requirements subject to internal and regulatory approval. The Tender package shall only be solicited from the approved bidders in compliance with TLJOC’s Procurement Policies and Procedures.

SCOPE OF WORK

1. General requirement:

- Contractor is required to provide, deliver and install the equipment required for Thang Long JOC Charity Program of 2025 for Khang Ninh School project.

2. Product Requirement:

3. Time of delivery and installment:

Within 30 days after 1st deposit from Thang Long JOC.

4. Place of delivery and installment:

At respective location specified in Item 2. Product requirement.

5. Maintenance policy:

Genuine warranty according to manufacturer for all equipment.

6. Quotation requirement:

- All rates and prices shall be quoted in VND.

- All rates and prices are fully inclusive, without limitation, all taxes - except for Vietnamese Value Added Tax (VAT). Bidder to advise the VAT separately.

- Partial quotation shall not be permitted.

7. Payment method:

1st deposit: 50% of the total contract value within 30 days after signing the contract.

2nd payment: The remaining amount within 30 days after completing the shipment and installment.
